Frequently Asked Questions

When Should I Arrive And Depart?
We suggest arriving Thursday June 15th for the Showcase . For your departure from the showcase you are safe to schedule anytime late afternoon as the games will be done by mid day on Sunday (June 18th).
Players and parents are responsible for their meals. Ample time is allotted between showcase activities to eat and rest. Area restaurants will also provide attendees and parents with discounts.
Ample time is provided for players to enjoy the Denver area, including shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing
For those flying in, we highly recommend a car rental. Your hotel may provide shuttle services to/from the airport, and some of our hotels have transport to/from the rink. If you do not rent a vehicle, you will need to make sure you talk to your hotel about their shuttle services.
  • All hockey equipment, including sticks. We will provide you with jerseys.
  • Athletic wear for pre-game warm-ups.
  • Toiletries for post-game shower.
  • Anything you would bring to wear and sight-see.

Preliminary Schedule

Day 1
Check-in and practices will begin at 7:00 a.m.
Games will begin mid-day and we will have a meet and greet social with the coaches on our staff around 8:30 p.m.

Day 2
Games from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a break and optional event to get together with other players and coaches.

Day 3
Games 7:00 AM -11:00 AM
